Blueline Properties Limited. is part of the Blueline Group which is a family-owned company previously called Blueline Construction Ltd. which was involved in construction from 1979. A shift into Property Development later came in 1995 and the company name was changed to Blueline Properties Ltd.

For the past 20 years, as developers Blueline has undertaken various commercial, residential and mixed-use projects in Nairobi and the surrounding areas including Spring Valley, Kitisuru, Lower Kabete, Westlands, Parklands, Ngong Road, among others. In addition, Blueline is involved in Joint Ventures through land and equity contribution as well as bringing vast construction experience to these ventures as Development Managers overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
